Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to support meetings, conventions, and resort events. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining audio, video, lighting, and staging systems to ensure flawless guest experiences.

You will collaborate with a team to manage hybrid meetings, streaming, and on-site productions while upholding our commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with pro audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment.
• Ability to support meetings, conventions, and live events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused hospitality mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and strike audio, video, lighting, and staging systems for meetings, conventions, expos, and events.
• Operate audio consoles, wireless mics, DSPs, playback, projection, LED displays, and video distribution.
• Support hybrid meetings, streaming, conferencing, and recording; assist with staging, rigging, and overhead elements.
• Coordinate with event staff and vendors to meet BEO requirements and floor plans.
• Provide excellent guest and client relations, ensuring smooth event execution.
