Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Audio-Visual Manager to lead the AV department across our resort and convention center. This role partners with sales to craft proposals and ensure seamless, high-quality technology experiences for meetings and events.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee equipment reliability, provide expert support, and drive exceptional service for guests and staff while delivering engaging, technology-enabled events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of AV management experience in a large convention center or resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in AV tech or related field is preferred but not required.
• Expertise in AV systems including sound, lighting, projection, and video conferencing.
• Strong networking knowledge and IT integration awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage operations of the Audio-Visual department and equipment.
• Collaborate with event planners to design AV setups for events.
• Provide technical support and ensure high-quality guest service.
