Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking an AV Technician to work at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves prepping, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for events, with a focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork.

The position offers full-time hours with a pay range of $20-$24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a fast-paced schedule.

Qualifications

• Experienced with audio-visual technology.
• Strong customer service and overall communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated.
• Track inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Operate AV equipment with understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing orders and offer substitutions.
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times.
• Follow grooming and attire policies in place.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is appreciated.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Any other duties that are assigned.
