Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional manner and document concerns.
• Inspect vehicle service needs and reference history to verify requirements.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories and provide accurate quotes.
• Provide daily service updates to customers and follow up post-service.
• Follow cashing out procedures and review warranties and inspections.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.
