Job summary

Greulich’s Automotive Repair, part of the Sun Auto Network, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor at our Mesa, AZ location. The role focuses on selling services, inspecting vehicles, and providing accurate quotes while upholding store standards.

Compensation ranges from $48K to $85K based on experience, with bi-weekly pay and strong benefits. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, minimum 18 years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the telephone using the Company’s standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations to customers; document in file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and completion time; provide updates throughout the day.
• Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer’s ticket; review completed inspection and warranties.
• Conduct post repair follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
