Responsibilities include vehicle demonstrations, transparent pricing, guiding customers through financing options and paperwork, and following up to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; sales training a plus.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but training provided.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with effective time management and follow-up.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency, plus ability to learn dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and build relationships through friendly service.
• Listen to needs, ask questions, and match customers with the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations.
• Provide transparent pricing, financing options, and purchase details.
• Guide customers through paperwork and delivery of the vehicle.
• Follow up with leads and walk-ins to generate repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, and incentives.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership standards.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and management for a seamless experience.
