Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review customer satisfaction surveys
