BMW of Camarillo, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and communicate estimates and results with clarity and courtesy.

You will work with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain accurate service records in the DMS, schedule appointments, and process payments while upholding our values of respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer phone calls promptly and courteously
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history and schedule appointments
