Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor in Norwood, MA. The role focuses on responding to vehicle inquiries, guiding customers through the buying process, and closing sales while building lasting relationships. The position offers a base component plus a percentage of department profit, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. A valid license and the ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Excellent computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process to final sale.
• Build rapport and establish a network of referrals.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; respond to leads promptly.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance.
