Ken Garff Automotive Group’s West Valley Ford dealership is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through the sales journey with enthusiasm and integrity. You will represent the dealership, follow up with leads, and respond to inquiries from web, phone, and in-store prospects.

A friendly, persuasive attitude and a drive for results are essential. The position emphasizes customer relationship building, ongoing sales training, and teamwork within a family of dealerships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver''s license and a good driving record
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Friendly and cooperative demeanor and strong customer interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the sales journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow-up
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead)
