Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams at our Houston locations. You will partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and motivate staff, ensuring service excellence and operational standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coaching team members on customer service and sales, and supporting location performance with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service excellence and guest experience focus.
Comfort with sales, memberships, and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Team Members and Team Leads under the Car Wash GM.
Oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service and promote services and memberships.
Assist with location performance reviews and daily admin tasks.
