Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash are hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead fast-paced express car wash locations in Cypress, TX. The role focuses on developing Team Members, driving guest satisfaction, and meeting sales goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position is full-time with up to 25% travel, offers competitive base pay plus monthly bonus opportunities, and includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong coaching, developing, and motivating others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on guest experience and customer service excellence.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in changing weather.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive, team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and operational procedures.
• Help build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of an express car wash location and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor wash quality and ensure standards are met.
• Identify and resolve operational, equipment, and facility issues.
• Learn and support all areas of car wash operations.
