ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash brands seeking motivated Assistant Managers to lead locations in Cypress, TX. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, coach on customer service, sales, and safety, and oversee daily operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and leads.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of operations.
• Direct guest experience, explain services, and drive memberships and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and inventory, support administrative tasks.
• Support opening/closing procedures and address operational issues.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and operational procedures.
• Help build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed.

Daily Operations

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of an express car wash location.
• Ensure the location is clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Monitor wash quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and appearance expectations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily operational responsibilities.
• Help identify and resolve operational, equipment, and facility issues.
• Learn and support all areas of car wash operations.

Guest Experience & Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service and set the standard for the team.
• Help guests understand wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Support the team in achieving sales, membership, and customer experience goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase local sales and membership growth.
• Help resolve guest concerns and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.

Business & Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist the Car Wash General Manager with reviewing location performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Use company software, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology to support daily operations.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate operational needs, team performance, and opportunities to site leadership.
