ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are expanding express car wash brands seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams at our San Antonio locations. You will work with the Car Wash General Manager to drive daily operations, develop staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, sales, customer service, and operations, with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience — preferred.
• Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provides excellent customer service and understands the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and procedures.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations of an express car wash location.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency; monitor wash quality and standards.
• Help guests understand wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Support achievement of sales, membership, and guest experience goals.
