Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing opening/closing, inventory and cash handling, enforcing food safety, training teammates, handling inquiries, and supporting marketing efforts with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Food safety knowledge or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to maintain quality and service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Manage inventory, costs, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
