MBR Management, a Domino's Pizza franchise, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for our St. Louis location on Gravois Road. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive high standards of service and efficiency.

You will oversee scheduling, training, performance reviews, and policy compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining records. A collaborative leader who motivates teams and manages resources is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or operations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and operations software.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvements.
• Customer service excellence and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
