You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering great customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, maintain quality, and contribute to local marketing and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and customers.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving with quick, sound decisions.
• Proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Food handling certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to achieve operational excellence and high product quality.
