Job summary

Winchoice is seeking an outbound calling specialist to set appointments for our sales team. You will engage homeowners, present our products, and schedule meetings with outside sales reps; the role is fast-paced and targets-driven.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour with weekly bonuses; top performers earn up to $80,000 per year through our incentive program. After a 60-day probationary period, medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life and disability coverage, are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Call center or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
