Bevel Apartments in the Fairfield portfolio seeks a Community Leasing Associate to guide prospective residents through leasing, combining sales, service and marketing to help our community thrive.

You will be the face of Fairfield for prospects and residents, driving the leasing process, delivering top service, and maintaining accurate records while staying informed about local market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
