The Leasing Consultant role responds to inquiries, markets and leases apartments, and upholds Fair Housing guidelines while delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.

Primary duties include marketing, lead management, application processing, tours, and coordination with Community Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Proven sales and closing skills to convert inquiries to leases.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage leads and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the Community Manager.
• Understand local market and competitor promotions and floor plans.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts for CM approval.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas.
• Inspect pre-leased units and communicate issues to management.
• Utilize online leasing programs and log all prospect information.
