Job summary

The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is seeking coaches for after-school youth sports clinics in the Washington, DC metro area. Lead sessions for soccer, basketball and volleyball, partnering with local schools to deliver 1–1.5 hour programs after the school day.

You will engage with young athletes, model PPA Life values, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, fun, and educational experiences. Local candidates only; in-person attendance required.

Qualifications

• Local to the DC/MD area and eligible for in-person coaching.
• Willing to attend programming in DC and/or Bethesda, MD.
• Passion for coaching youth sports and helping athletes develop.
• Ability to lead after-school clinics (1–4 per schedule).

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–4 after-school youth sports clinics with a school partner (1–1.5 hours each).
• Positions open for soccer, basketball and volleyball.
• Assist kids and school staff with the dismissal process.
• Send weekly communications to parents of participants.
