The Player Progression Academy (PPA) in the DC/MD area seeks dedicated youth sports coaches to lead after-school clinics in soccer and basketball for players aged 2–18. You will create energetic, fun, and educational sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

This in-person role requires local presence and offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for professional growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth sports in a formal or informal setting.
• Ability to lead activities for 2–18 year olds.
• Strong communication with parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Lead 1-4 after-school youth sports clinics with a local school partnered with PPA (1-1.5 hours each)
• Positions open for soccer and basketball
• Assist kids and school staff with the dismissal process
• Send weekly communications to the parents of the kids in the program
