Job summary

The Player Progression Academy (PPA) in the Washington DC metropolitan area is seeking coaches to support youth athletes aged 2-18. This in-person role focuses on coaching with energy, teaching PPA Life values, and delivering fun, active practice experiences.

You will coach 1 practice per week and 1 game per weekend per team, lead 1-3 teams per season, and communicate weekly with parents. All candidates must be local to the DC/MD area and available for in-person programming.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the DC/MD area
• Must be able to attend in-person programming
• Ability to coach youth athletes

Responsibilities

• Coach 1 practice per week and 1 game per weekend (2 hours weekly per team).
• Coach 1-3 teams per season.
• Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament.
• Send weekly communications to team parents.
