Qualifications

• Min 3 years in customer service, preferably high-volume calls.
• Min 3 years in an administrative role.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPR+ knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 30 seconds and transfer to the appropriate party.
• Cover reception desk and assist visitors and patients.
• Assist with meeting preparations and escort guests.
• Receive and process incoming mail and documents.
• Upload documents to the appropriate computer system.
• Light cleaning and upkeep of common areas as needed.
• Replenish employee kitchens and maintain supplies.
• Handle confidential information and comply with laws.
