Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West seeks an Activity Director to enhance resident engagement and quality of life at our Texas facility. You will plan, document, and oversee activity programs, assess resident needs, and communicate monthly calendars to residents and families.

Successful candidates are high school graduates with Activity Director certification, possess strong creativity, organization, and collaboration skills, and can manage budgets to deliver meaningful experiences within

• Must be a high school graduate and certified as an Activity Director per state regulations.
• Excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating resident care plans and activities within a budget.

Responsabilidades

• Document Activity Programs: Maintain detailed records of activity programs and resident participation, identifying progress toward care plan goals.
• Conduct Resident Assessments: Perform resident activity histories and assessments in compliance with state standards.
• Coordinate Communication: Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and newsletters to keep residents and families informed.
• Build Volunteer Engagement: Develop and maintain an active volunteer program to support activities.
