Qualifications

• Must be certified as an Activity Director per state regulations.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to document and implement programs.
• Experience creating resident care plans.
• Ability to develop activities within budget.

Responsibilities

• Document Activity Programs: maintain detailed records of activities and resident participation.
• Conduct Resident Assessments: perform activity histories and assessments per standards.
• Coordinate Communication: publish monthly calendars and newsletters for residents and families.
• Build Volunteer Engagement: develop and maintain an active volunteer program.
