Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process monthly remittance details from customers.
• Post cash based on remittance details.
• Reconcile monthly cash receipts to internal control sheets.
• Research unpaid items after posting cash and run reconciliation reports.
• Create and email customer statements monthly.
• Review aging reports and escalate unpaid items to AR management.
• Create and offset invoices and credits for reconciled items.
• Submit invoices via customer portals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
