Qualifications

• Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial record keeping and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Process incoming inventory into the accounting system and generate invoices.
• Post payments, scan invoices, and code expenses in the system.
• Maintain accounts receivable and monitor credit reports.
• Oversee daily office operations and equipment, orders, and phone duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
