Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our Aberdeen, SD-area team. The role involves assisting with seed treating, bulk and/or package chemical handling, and liquid fertilizer operations.

You will load and unload materials, inspect facilities and equipment, and work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth, safe operations. The position requires physical work, flexibility for overtime, and compliance with PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Diploma/GED or 0–1 year related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English Proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
• Ability to perform physical duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting with/without accommodations.
• Work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Work in confined spaces.
• Overtime including weekends/holidays or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and operate machinery for loading/unloading seed and chemicals, and seed treatment.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment; perform light maintenance and repairs.
• Interact with customers, peers, and management to provide service and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and DOT/OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
