Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned.
• ESL certification required for ELA, Reading and self-contained SPED assignments (or ability to obtain within two years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum.
• Present subject matter according to TEA and district guidelines.
• Plan and supervise instruction with accommodations for individual needs.
• Assess student achievement and use results to plan activities.
