Qualifications

• Ability to craft vision and strategy for youth programs.
• Excellent communication and teaching gifts.

Responsibilities

• Enlist, equip, and empower volunteers for the 5th/6th Grade Ministry.
• Manage and coach a paid staff team.
• Develop leadership within students and strategize access to youth audiences.
• Schedule events and coordinate ministry activities.
• Teach the Gospel in a compelling, culturally relevant way.
