Cornerstone Church is seeking a Next Gen Executive Pastor to champion leadership and spiritual shepherding of staff and teams for birth through young adult ministries. The role sits on the Executive Team and leads Children's and Student Ministries across multiple age groups, influencing strategy and culture.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned ministry leader with a track record of guiding large teams, developing leaders, and aligning with Cornerstone’s vision and doctrinal statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ministry, Biblical Studies or Divinity.
• 10+ years in full-time ministry, with at least 2 years in a church larger than 2000 members.
• Experience leading both Children’s and Student Ministries.
• Aligns with Cornerstone Church’s vision, values, and doctrinal statement.
• Self-reliant, self-starter, able to innovate.
• Generates new ideas and drives others to execute details.

Responsibilities

• Culture: create, build and sustain a team culture aligned with church values.
• Vision: cast the overall church vision to the team and divisions.
• Personnel: develop leaders and recruit high-capacity staff.
• Strategy: design pathways for children and students to grow in faith.
• Financials: oversee budgeting and stewardship of funds.
• Pastoral Care: provide care across the team through leadership.
