Pacific Crossroads Church in Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Student Ministries (6th–12th grade) to shape culture, build teams, and create environments where students explore questions, encounter Jesus, and grow as gospel-centered individuals. This role blends leadership, programming, teaching, volunteer development, and relationship-building with students and families.

The Director will partner with church leadership to lead with vision, cultivate mentor relationships, and execute ministry

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision: develop and implement a clear student discipleship pathway
• Build authentic mentoring relationships with students and families
• Foster a culture of belonging and gospel-centered friendship among students
• Plan weekly gatherings, groups, retreats, and events
• Manage the Student Ministries budget and safety/compliance
