Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus
• Michigan teaching certificate with elementary endorsement
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and child development
• Ability to develop engaging lessons that promote academic achievement and social-emotional growth
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in integrating instructional technology into the classroom

Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-aligned, engaging lessons in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies
• Create an inclusive, structured classroom environment and differentiate instruction
• Assess student learning using diverse methods and data
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
• Support IEP/504 or related meetings as required
• Integrate instructional technology to enhance learning
