Qualifications

• 2–5 years in prepress, textile printing, dye sublimation production, graphics production, experiential marketing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of dye sublimation printing and textile production workflows.
• Experience preparing files for textile print production across multiple fabric bases.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming artwork files for print readiness, accuracy, scaling, bleed, resolution, and color requirements.
• Prepare production-ready files for dye sublimation printing across multiple fabric bases and textile applications.
• Coordinate proofing and approval processes internally and externally.
• Support color consistency and quality control standards across various fabric substrates and print applications.
• Troubleshoot artwork, scaling, and file issues in collaboration with design and production teams.
• Maintain organized digital file structures and production documentation.
