Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer for the DXP Solutions team to drive technical leadership and design scalable microservices on the InSight DXP platform. You will lead cross-functional squads to transform requirements into high-performance, secure digital transformation solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of software development, 3+ years in a technical lead position, and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, REST, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development across the full SDLC.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role guiding engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering squads designing, developing, deploying scalable enterprise solutions on the InSight DXP platform.
• Serve as technical SME for microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Define technical roadmaps, conduct architecture/code reviews, and guide microservice design patterns.
