Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Director to lead the Green Country Workforce Centers in Oklahoma. The role reports to the Regional Director and requires managing staff, budgets, and program objectives across several offices within Oklahoma.

Green Country Workforce Offices, Main Office is Tulsa, OK (must live in Oklahoma)
Provide management, leadership, coaching and staff support to implement the mission, vision and business plans of the Board and Workforce Center System. Will need to travel to all Green Country offices.
Physical requirements include carrying/lifting up to 5 pounds, frequently; up to 10 pounds, regularly; and up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to drive an automobile and operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment; subject to carrying, lifting, twisting and reaching to perform essential job functions. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to other locations.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Related field or equivalent experience.
Progressive responsibilities in management and workforce development program operations. Strong business knowledge of fiscal operations and performance measurement. Must have prior experience as a senior staff member in Workforce Development. Experience in training/coaching and mentoring required.
Requires top level project management, organizational, personnel, problem solving and data analysis skills, along with an ability to meet deadlines as required by our employees and customers. High level of communications skills and the ability to work alone.
Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
