• Experience driving organic growth, margin expansion, and business performance in tech or solutions-based org.
• Experience leading product portfolio strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and new product introduction.

Responsibilities

• Own the Education business strategy and operating plan with direct accountability for orders, revenue growth, gross margin, and overall results.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategy for Education, including market expansion and portfolio development.
• Lead multi-year business and product roadmap, aligning with customer needs, market opportunities, and financial objectives.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term investments to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Identify emerging market trends and technology opportunities to inform strategic direction.
• Represent Rauland externally with customers, associations, and channel partners.
• Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen market position and customer engagement across segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, launch, and delivery of solutions.
