Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an entry-level Technician’s Helper & Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) Specialist in a climate-controlled Lakeland shop. You will assist senior technicians, manage vehicle flow, and perform digital inspections to support diagnostics and repairs.

You’ll learn true diagnostics and advanced mechanical skills under mentorship, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to navigate engine bays and fluid locations.
• Experience in quick-lube, tire centers, or trade programs preferred.
• Comfort with using a tablet to take photos and navigate inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, rack, and lift vehicles in the shop flow.
• Perform thorough Digital Inspections (DVI) using a shop tablet and document vehicle health.
• Assist senior technicians with setups, tool management, and lifting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
