Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation is seeking an Automotive Technician Helper & DVI Specialist for our Lakeland/Cordova, TN shop. You will support senior technicians, manage vehicle flow, and perform digital inspections to help diagnose and learn through hands-on practice.

You will work a Monday–Friday, in a climate-controlled shop with dependable hours and strong training supported by ASE reimbursement and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Basic Automotive Knowledge: you know your way around an engine bay and basic fluid locations.
Experience: experience at a quick-lube, tire center, or local trade program preferred.
Tech-Savvy: comfortable using an iPad/tablet for photos and inspection software.
Safety Minded: strong commitment to safety when driving and lifting vehicles.
Reliability: positive attitude and punctuality, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Shop Flow: Safely drive, rack, and lift customer vehicles on shop lifts.
Digital Inspections (DVI): use a tablet to take photos, assess wear, check fluids, document health.
Tech Support: assist senior technicians with setups, tool management, and lifting.
Shop Pride: maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
