Job summary

Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) seeks a DV System Alignment Manager to coordinate alignment initiatives between victim service providers and the Coordinated Entry System (CES) across LA County. You will plan, develop, implement, and oversee DV, human trafficking, sexual assault, and stalking services within LAHSA’s CES framework.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with partners, and expertise in program development and policy alignment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and management for system improvements to LAHSA and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with system partners and funders.
• Represent LAHSA in domestic violence-focused coordination bodies and workgroups.
• Report on DV, human trafficking, and sexual assault initiatives and outcomes.
• Drive research and advocacy efforts aligned with domestic violence and homelessness.
