Job summary

Prezzo in Massachusetts is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a busy service.
• Reliable, positive and passionate about guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away.
• Ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.
• Handle cashing up and compliance, act as a role model on shift.
