Job summary

Prezzo is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. You will be the heartbeat of the shift, opening and closing the restaurant, leading the team when the GM is away and ensuring guests enjoy our Hospitality Magic.

The role offers a higher rate for leading shifts and structured training to prepare you for Assistant Manager and beyond, plus wellbeing support and exclusive hospitality rewards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality Pro: solid experience as a server or supervisor.
• Natural Leader with the confidence to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.
• Great Energy: reliable, positive and passionate about making people smile.
• Growth Mindset: eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.
• Ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic".
• Handle cashing up and compliance while staying front-and-centre as a role model.
