Job summary

Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge floor operations and leadership. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master behind-the-scenes tasks like cashing up and compliance while remaining a visible, positive role model on the floor. Ideal candidates have server or supervisory experience, a natural leadership presence, and a growth mindset to learn the operational side of a thriving

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You'll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff -like cashing up and compliance -while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
