Job summary

Alliance International Inc. is seeking a Drawback Project Manager to oversee duty drawback client accounts, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service. This role requires strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect and submit required data on time.

You will lead onboarding of new accounts, monitor action items, and guide analysts to accurate, timely work, while striving to maximize drawback recovery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data outputs.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage duty drawback projects for assigned client accounts, serving as the primary contact and owning execution.
• Lead onboarding of new client accounts, including program setup and process alignment.
• Monitor, manage, and resolve action items to ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Coordinate data preparation, testing, and validation within internal systems.
• Support analytics to achieve revenue, recovery, and performance targets.
• Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated as needed.
