Job summary

Alliance International Inc. is seeking a Drawback Project Manager to oversee duty drawback client accounts, ensure compliance, and manage service delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of duty drawback regulations, excellent analytical abilities, and the talent to coordinate with clients and internal teams. You will drive project plans, track timelines, onboard new clients, collect data and documents, and guide analysts to timely, accurate work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, trade compliance, customs, duty drawback, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret charts, tables, and data outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tracking tools.
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, global work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage duty drawback projects for assigned client accounts using Wrike and Microsoft tools.
• Lead and support the implementation of new client accounts, including onboarding and setup.
• Independently monitor and resolve action items to ensure deadlines, compliance, and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate data preparation, testing, and validation within internal systems.
• Partner with analytics to achieve revenue, recovery, and performance targets.
• Maintain understanding of regulations and compliance requirements for filing under all duty drawback provisions.
• Manage collection of documents to support regulatory compliance.
• Support SOP reviews and updates.
