Job summary

Alliance International CHB, Inc. seeks a Drawback Project Manager to oversee duty drawback client accounts, ensuring accurate data collection, timely submissions, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide analysts, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong project management skills, analytical ability, and experience in trade compliance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, trade compliance, customs, duty drawback, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Trade compliance or U.S. duty drawback regulations is a plus; training will be provided for candidates with strong project management skills who are new to drawback.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret analytical charts, tables, and data outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Wrike and Microsoft tools to plan, track, and manage duty drawback projects for assigned client accounts.
• Lead and support implementation of new client accounts, including onboarding and program setup.
• Monitor and resolve action items to ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Coordinate data preparation, testing, and validation within internal systems.
• Support analytics to achieve revenue and performance targets for accounts.
• Maintain understanding of regulations for all duty drawback provisions and filing.
• Manage collection of documents for regulatory compliance.
• Review and update SOPs as needed.
