Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing Dutch-speaking Customer Experts for an electronics leader in Greece. You will deliver high‑quality technical support for premium devices, troubleshoot software and hardware issues by phone, email or chat, and educate customers on product features in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Interest in consumer electronics and technology.
- Excellent communication and a customer-centric mindset.
- EU passport holder.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for premium consumer electronics, including smartphones, wearables, and home appliances.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and chat to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
- Educate customers on features and benefits of the latest consumer electronics technology.
- Maintain detailed customer records and provide feedback on product trends and queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold high standards for a global electronics leader.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure SLAs are met with a professional and helpful tone.
