Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Malta-based team. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients via chat, email and phone, guiding them through our gaming services and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Relocation to Malta is supported with a relocation package, and full training by certified instructors is provided. You’ll join a vibrant, internationally oriented iGaming company with opportunities for bonuses as you grow.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English; other languages are advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to aid continuous improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and service skills.
