You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email and live chat, support vehicle maintenance questions, and schedule service appointments, representing a leading European luxury automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service or high-end service environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication with empathy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance, inquiries, and service scheduling.
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and prestige.
• Handle interactions across phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledge databases.
• Manage inquiries about warranties, road assistance, and service centers.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM for premium service quality.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve customer journey and brand loyalty.
